GO FIT CAMP is a 6 week results-driven conditioning program that runs 3 times weekly, morning and evening  (YOUR CHOICE) at 60-minute durations per session. It is conducted in an indoor/outdoor environment, utilizing military and civilian style exercise formats, coupled with the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises in fitness.

Go Fit Camp is the perfect fitness boot camp, which trains the entire body, from head to toe, ages 15 and above. We incorporate such activities as, but are not limited to, cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training with sports drills, dumbbells, barbells, calisthenics, and kick boxing.  We expand your fitness levels with group challenges, kickboxing, medicine ball drills, plyometric, box drills, obstacle course, and many versions of military style physical training!

*To optimize results, each participant will receive a free gym membership at GO GYM for the duration of the fitness boot camp.
